These are some Photos I took at the Meridian Air Show,USS Alabama Memorial,and Aircraft around Pascagoula.I used my Canon EOS 40D and Canon EFS 70-200mm 2.8L IS USM lens.It was a great show,except when the weather moved in over the Naval Air Station.It made some of my photos into silhouettes.I hope you like the Pictures.Thanks,Alan Hinkel Photography.Pascagoula,MS.
"Precision" Blue Angels in a Diamond (from top to bottom)Two,One,Four,and,Three in their F/A 18A Hornets at the Meridian Airshow on March 28,2008.These 18's have GE-F404 Engines with 16,000 lb thrust each.Weight Stripped:24,500 lbs.The 20mm Guns of the once fighter jets are replaced with 90 gallon Smoke Tanks.
